MENTAFSIR KEKAYAAN BUMI: ANALISIS PERUNDANGAN ISLAM TERHADAP PENGEKSTRAKAN MINYAK DAN ETIKA ALAM SEKITAR

Abstract


Kajian ini melihat kepada kesan moral dan alam sekitar terhadap pengeluaran minyak dalam kerangka perundangan Islam. Ia dilihat mengisi jurang penyelidikan dalam perbahasan akademik semasa. Latar belakang kajian adalah berdasarkan fakta bahawa dunia semakin bergantung kepada minyak. Hal ini seterusnya membawa kepada isu alam sekitar dan moral terutamanya dalam perspektif Islam. Penyataan masalah kajian ini adalah tentang bagaimana mengimbangi keuntungan ekonomi galian minyak dengan akhlak Islam dan pada masa yang sama menjaga bumi. Matlamat kajian ini adalah untuk melihat dan menjelaskan bagaimana hukum Islam memandang pengeluaran minyak seterusnya menyemak bagaimana ia sesuai dengan konsep akhlak Islam dan peraturan alam sekitar. Berdasarkan kaedah penyelidikan perpustakaan, kajian ini melihat dengan teliti beberapa karya perundangan Islam, kajian alam sekitar dan perbincangan etika untuk mendapatkan gambaran penuh. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa faktor-faktor seperti kebimbangan ekonomi, alam sekitar dan moral mempunyai interaksi yang rumit antara satu sama lain. Undang-undang Islam menyediakan peraturan terperinci yang menggalakkan perlindungan alam sekitar dan bertanggungjawab secara moral apabila mengekstrak minyak. Apabila menggunakan sumber asli, peraturan ini menekankan kepentingan keseimbangan dan menjadi garis panduan yang baik. Kajian ini mengatakan bahawa keadaan boleh menjadi lebih baik jika konsep akhlak Islam dimasukkan ke dalam undang-undang alam sekitar semasa dan amalan perniagaan yang melibatkan galian minyak. Hal ini seterusnya menggesa sarjana Islam, pakar alam sekitar dan orang yang mempunyai kepentingan dalam perniagaan minyak untuk bekerjasama demi mencari resolusi yang mesra alam dan baik dari segi moral untuk mendapatkan minyak.
