PENGARUH GAYA KEPIMPINAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI JURULATIH PUSAT CEMERLANG ANGKATAN TENTERA MALAYSIA

Abstract


Konsep komitmen organisasi semakin menjadi pengukur kepada keberkesanan tingkah laku pekerja dalam organisasi. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk melihat tahap komitmen kerja dalam kalangan jurulatih yang bertugas di Pusat Cemerlang ATM. Di samping itu kajian ini juga adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh gaya kepimpinan juga kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi dalam kalangan jurulatih di Pusat Cemerlang ATM Malaysia. Hasil kajian mendapati terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepimpinan transformational dan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Walaubagaimanapun hanya pemboleh ubah kepuasan kerja yang mempengaruhi komitmen terhadap organisasi dalam kalangan jurulatih Pusat Cemerlang Angkatan Tentera Malaysia. Oleh itu kajian ini sangat berguna terutamanya kepada Kementerian Pertahanan Malaysia bagi memastikan jurulatih di Pusat Cemerlang ATM mencapai kepuasan kerja yang tinggi agar dapat terus memberi komitmen yang baik terhadap organisasi bagi menghasilkan jurulatih yang mempunyai tingkahlaku yang baik dan cemerlang.
