APLIKASI KONSEP GAYA HIDUP HALAL UNTUK KESEJAHTERAAN MENTAL

Abstract


Desakan kehidupan yang semakin tenggelam dengan arus kemajuan ekonomi dan pembangunan kini menjadikan individu semakin dibebani masalah kesihatan global termasuklah kesihatan mental. Kesihatan mental amat berkait rapat dengan kehidupan seharian seseorang. Seperti kesihatan fizikal, kesihatan mental juga mesti dipelihara melalui pemilihan gaya hidup yang disarankan oleh Islam. Timbulnya pelbagai isu moral kesan daripada kesihatan mental berpunca daripada pengabaian seseorang terhadap pemilihan gaya hidup yang tidak selari dengan Islam. Menurut literatur, gaya hidup merupakan faktor penyumbang kepada tekanan darah yang boleh mempengaruhi tahap kesihatan mental seseorang. Oleh itu, kertas kerja ini berhasrat mengemukakan konsep gaya hidup halal sebagai alat untuk memastikan kesejahteraan mental seseorang dengan menggunakan kaedah tinjauan terhadap sorotan kajian dan karya terdahulu. Hasil sorotan yang dijalankan didapati gaya hidup halal mampu mempengaruhi tahap kesejahteraan mental seseorang melalui aplikasi 3F iaitu Faith, Food, dan Fun. Perbincangan lanjut akan dihuraikan dalam kertas kerja ini.
