Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka (KUIM) is responsible for producing knowledgeable, innovative, competent, and virtuous human capital to meet the country’s needs. The main thrust is to improve the quality of teaching and learning, as contained in the second thrust of the National Strategic Plan for Higher Education. To produce quality human capital, KUIM needs to provide a solid platform that can combine the Institute of Higher Education's main functions, namely teaching, research, and services. KUIM has made efforts to improve the competence of lecturers by using various methods and syllabus.
Objectives of T & L Implementation
- Assist in the production of quality graduates who meet the needs of the country.

Assist in ensuring the quality of National Higher Education services in line with the National Higher Education Strategic Plan. The quality of services provided is strongly dependent on the quality and competence of human resources at KUIM, especially lecturers.
- Provide professional platforms and networks in learning and teaching at KUIM.
