PAYMENT COUNTER

  • All types of payment and review of tuition fees can be done at Counter 5 and Counter 6, UNIMEL Treasurer's Office

  • Students who wish to make a review or payment of tuition fees, must display a matriculation card or student identity card to the person in charge at the Counter.

  • On behalf of the tenant or other parties who wish to deal, it is necessary to submit a copy of the application confirmation letter.

 

           Note :  1. Make sure the official receipt of payment is received after payment is made.

                    2. If payment is made using a transaction, please refer to the payment information for more details.




 


STUDENT VALIDATION COUNTER

  • Students who wish to make validations such as release of subject registration and hall ticket, validation of  completing the study (withdraw or graduate), can deal at Counter 6, UNIMEL Treasurer's Office.

  • For students who graduate (convo) or withdraw:

    -  Get the withdrawal form at the Academic Affairs Division counter and complete the stamp and signature of each section in alphabetical order.

    -  For the finance section, it must be approved by the officer at the counter.

     - Upon completing the form, students need to return the form together with the documents below:

         a)  Student resignation form- the blue copy form (make sure all sections have been verified).      
         b)  Original receipt of collateral - for semester 1 only (make sure on the receipt is the hostel collateral and library collateral or student collateral).
         c)  If the receipt is missing, students can reprint the receipt from student's portal.
         d)  A copy of the student's account number which still active

  • For application of temporary transcript or graduation certificate : 

    -  students need to fill out a form from the Academic Affairs Division website.

    -  Students need to make a payment of RM 5.00 (FIVE RINGGIT MALAYSIA ONLY) for one application.

    -  Students need to attach the payment receipt with the application form at counter 6, UNIMEL Treasurer's Office for validation regarding the fee.

    -  The transcript can be obtained by hand or email or post according to the address given within 3 working days.

  • Bagi lain-lain hal yang berkaitan yuran pengajian, pelajar boleh berurusan terus dengan pegawai di kaunter ini sebelum ke prosedur seterusnya.
